Raw Voice Recordings: Songs sung by Rodney Rountree

HI, this page contains various selections of vocal recordings I've made. Although I love to sing, I do not have a trained voice and can't read music. Unfortunately I can't play a musical instrument either. So, these recordings feature just my voice. They are produced in just one or two takes, so they don't come out as well as I'd like. In fact, like many, I can't stand the sound of my recorded voice, seems I hear every waver and mistake. Sometimes I start in the wrong key and am then stuck with it. Maybe I'll add tracks in other keys later? Anyway, since I'll never be a rock star, I decided to post some of my recordings. Note all recordings are either my original creations (see "Long Drive Compositions" or are songs available in the public domain (e.g., Christmas carols).
